**Rate Increase**
Effective July 2009
In December 2008, the SHRWD board of directors voted to postpone the last phase of the 4% rate increase until July of 2009. You may click on the Metered & Flat Rates box above to view the rates or call the office at 987-8432 if you have any questions.



Clarification Policy: South Henry Regional Waste District's policy regarding procedures for discontinuing assessment of sewer charges for residential, commercial and institutional customers.

Ordinance 2006-2: Ordinance amending and supplementing ordinance nos. 1-1996, 1998-2 and 2003-2.

Ordinance 2004-2: An ordinance ammending Ordinance no. 1998-2 relating to the policy governing extensions and improvements to the south henry regional waste district’s sanitary sewer system.

Ordinance 1998-2: Adopting a policy governing extensions and improvements to the South Henry Regional Waste District's sanitary sewer system and the establishment of certain capacity and tap fees for the South Henry Regional Waste District's sanitary sewer system.
